Goals

Goals

Goal Planner Plus automatically updates the status of your goals. The goals are highlighted with a color based on its status. This is so you can clearly see which goals need your immediate attention and which ones don't.

Have you had trouble figuring out which goal to work on now? Goal Planner Plus figures it out for you. At the bottom, you'll see a suggestion on which goal you should work on now.

Add Goal

Add Goal

You can add goals and subgoals in Goal Planner Plus. When adding subgoals, the goal will be a subgoal of the "Parent" goal.

Each goal has a priority you can assign to it. Having a priority lets you know which goal is more important to work on.

It's important for your goals to have a deadline. Otherwise nothing will get done. Goal Planner Plus lets you choose a completion date for each of your goals.

There is also a S.M.A.R.T. checklist to help you set well-formed goals. As you set your goal, check off the S.M.A.R.T. checklist to make sure your goal is well-formed.

Habit Establishing Programs

Habit Establishing Programs

It takes at least 3 weeks to establish a new habit. A habit could be exercising every day, reading every day, or meditating every day.

A good way to form a new habit is to discipline yourself to perform the habit every day for 30 days. If you miss a day, then you'll have to start over from day 1. After performing the habit for 30 days in a row, it should be firmly established and doing it becomes easy.

Goal Planner Plus makes it easier for you. You can use Goal Planner Plus to create new habit programs and keep track of them.
